Nourish - The Best Multivitamin

Everyone knows that supplementation is a modern day necessity to good health. I mean how could we possibly eat and consume all the fruits and veggies and nutrients we need daily without costing us a fortune buying (or growing) everything and being able to eat and digest it.  I cannot begin to tell you how many supplements I have tried over the years. When I was on a raw vegan diet for a while, I could not find any supplements because even the capsules contained gelatin or they had a rough coating that hurt my stomach. I would have really loved to have Nourish as an option during that time of my life. I also had a hard time getting my daughter to eat fruits and veggies. She is a very picky eater and would not even take a multivitamin. Nourish is now something I add to her favorite foods / snacks once a day and I don't have to worry anymore. The serving size is one small (mild chocolate flavored) scoop a day. I personally add it to my yogurt, coffee, and sometimes water.
