How I lost weight from my belly and lowered my blood sugar levels in the first seven days with these great products!

 I have tried many products and diets over my adult life that gave me a temporary ten or fifteen pound weight reduction (and not from my belly either) and I would find myself not only gaining back that weight, but also adding on a few extra pounds too. I was honestly scared about trying anymore supplements like this because I thought that these products would do the same for me. What really piqued my interest was Slimmer (Which is now called SlimmerMax, because it includes Irish Sea Moss) had a warning on the label that it may lower blood glucose levels and since I was a diabetic this would be the perfect product for me to try. I only made the decision to actually try them because they were made of high quality organic plant based ingredients too. 

I heard a cross line leader named Will was starting a weight-loss challenge and I did not hesitate joining it. A day or two before the challenge began, we were advised to take a photo on day one, and to make sure the outfit was tight fitting. I was also advised to take a picture everyday at the same time in that outfit. I chose to take my pictures at 8am everyday. We had schedule cheat days (once a week) and we were told to follow any eating plan we wanted too. I did not think I ate all that bad during the day, my problem was at night when I would crave food when watching television (which I will go into details later on). 

The night before day one, using a large glass tea kettle I brewed two scoops of VitaliTea using 1/2 gallon of spring water and let it steep overnight on the stove. In the morning I added three scoops of Soul, three scoops of Slimmer, one scoop of Nourish and some Stur sugar free flavor enhancer and put it back into the gallon of spring water with the remainder of the spring water still in the bottle. I shook it up and drank it throughout the day.  I drank plain spring water with my meals as well. 

I noticed on the very first day that I was not hungry for sweets. I typically skip breakfast, eat lunch and dinner, and then snack a lot (switching back and forth from sweets to salty snacks) while watching tv at night before bed.  But now that I was drinking my belly busting juice, I found myself drinking more of that at night and not feeling any cravings or desires to snack. I even started craving celery and broccoli which was very odd for me. I stocked up on veggies and cherries because I wanted to have healthy options to reach for when I was hungry for a snack attack.  

Each night I would brew another 1/2 gallon of Vitalitea and in the morning I would prepare the gallon of Belly Busting Juice and take my picture exactly at 8am.  I have an elliptical in my home and I used it for 30 minutes a day (even before starting this challenge) and I started to notice right away that my shirts were not showing my bulging belly fat like they normally would.  I thought that the products would give me a loose stool, a headache, or make me feel nausea and shockingly none of those issues happened to me. As a matter of fact not only did I not have those issues, my energy levels increased and I felt amazing! After 7 days I lost 10 lbs and as you can see from the photo, I lost most of it right from my stomach area. I was absolutely shocked at how easy it was for me to turn off my sweet tooth and eat better. My cravings were naturally changing and I would find myself spending more and more time in the fruit and veggie section of the grocery store. I also felt so much energy that I did not want to watch television as much and wanted to take walks with my family and two dogs.

At the end of the first seven days, I compared my day one and day seven photos, and it gave me the motivation I needed to keep going on this health journey. I have since added more of these amazing products to my regimen and have an auto-ship in place so that I don't go without products ever again. I will tell you what happened in my next blog post.

This is a ongoing process for me and improving my health was my main focus and seeing my belly fat melting away and my blood sugar levels naturally lowering was mind blowing!
